With this 70 m2 sports hall we wanted to meet the requirements of clubs and sports centers wishing to continue the work of physical preparation during their stay.
Thanks to the variety of its sports equipment, you can set up circuit training, fitness, yoga and muscle strengthening sessions.
A Harman&kardon connected speaker to accompany your sessions with music and 3 swimming elastics are at your disposal.
A 125cm connected TV for your face-to-face lessons.

SURFING area
Surfing as the main activity of your sports stay.
Half-time or full-time surfing, our partner "The Pin Sec Surf School" will adapt to your schedule in order to practice in complete safety with the most suitable equipment.
- For experienced surfers we invite you to an awareness meeting on surf areas in the Nord Médoc
- Training moments can be organized around the surfing activity (history of surfing, parameters of a surfboard, technical knowledge)
